SERVICES
1. Engineering and Design
PRODAR may be responsible for all aspects of the design and engineering of all works, including, but not limited to, detailed engineering and the preparation of design documents.
PRODAR will verify and cross-check the design criteria, operating specifications, and other data and information with the End User’s representative to provide the basis for the final design and construction. PRODAR will immediately notify the Supervisor of any errors, omissions, or discrepancies so that the Supervisor may authorize deviations from said criteria, specifications, data, and information before incorporating such deviations into the final design.
Project planning is a vital part of the process to ensure that potential risks in project implementation are minimized and mitigated to the best of our ability. This is one of the processes in which PRODAR engineers interact in a detailed and comprehensive manner with our clients.
2. Commissioning
One of the reasons for PRODAR’s success is its client-oriented approach. PRODAR’s structure is based on two main pillars: First, the project must function technically, be fully operational, and optimized. Second, in addition to functioning, it must do so on time and within the budget expected by the contractor.
Commissioning is a quality assurance process for large projects where synergy is developed from the review of design documents that will meet performance requirements, periodic reviews during the construction or installation phase, and consistent, regular performance testing as the project nears completion.
This process of subsequent testing and configuration and parameterization adjustments is included by the very nature of the “turnkey” project.
3. SAT and FAT Tests
FAT tests (Factory Acceptance Tests) are performed in laboratories once all equipment, along with all field components or devices, is assembled and interconnected in the equipment cabinets.
SAT tests (Site Acceptance Tests) are performed on-site once all equipment and its subsystems are assembled and interconnected.
4. Training and Capacity Building
We offer training services for our clients’ technical and operational personnel locally or in the United States and Canada. To achieve this, we have the knowledge, experience, tools, and appropriate software. Some of the courses are held directly at the headquarters of our represented manufacturers. The topics covered include design, installation, programming, administration, operation, diagnosis, and troubleshooting, among others.
