Services
1. Engineering and Design
PRODAR may be responsible for all aspects of the design and engineering of all works, including, but not limited to, detailed engineering and the preparation of design documents. We verify and cross-check the design criteria, operating specifications, and other data with the End User’s representative to provide the basis for final design and construction.
Project planning is a vital part of the process to ensure that potential risks in project implementation are minimized and mitigated.
2. Commissioning
One of the reasons for PRODAR’s success is its client-oriented approach based on two main pillars: The project must function technically and be fully operational, and it must do so on time and within the budget.
Commissioning is a quality assurance process for large projects where synergy is developed from the review of design documents, periodic reviews during the installation phase, and consistent performance testing as the project nears completion.
3. SAT and FAT Tests
FAT tests (Factory Acceptance Tests) are performed in laboratories once all equipment, along with all field components or devices, is assembled and interconnected in the equipment cabinets.
SAT tests (Site Acceptance Tests) are performed on-site once all equipment and its subsystems are assembled and interconnected.
4. Training and Capacity Building
We offer training services for our clients’ technical and operational personnel locally or in the United States and Canada. To achieve this, we have the knowledge, experience, tools, and appropriate software. Some of the courses are held directly at the headquarters of our represented manufacturers. The topics covered include design, installation, programming, administration, operation, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
